Eoghan started out working for one of the biggest brands around in Coca-Cola after leaving school.
After Coca-Cola, he joined his first communications company, the national postal service iof Ireland. At An Post, he built on his teaming skills and landed a job slap bang in the middle of the biggest rebrand in the history of Irish state companies when ESB, the Irish electricity supply board changed its name to Electric Ireland from ESB Customer Supply.
After taking a year out to concentrate on study, Eoghan, after being exposed to the many changes in the marketing and media landscape entered digital marketing as a profession. A different discipline required a change in tack and Eoghan left the client side of marketing and embarked on an agency existence.
Starting out at Strategem as a Search Executive, Eoghan moved up the ladder and has taken in roles within Dublin-based agencies, always with a focus on search marketing. At I-Believe, Insightful Media and Sing, Eoghan’s focus was on the competitive positioning of a search marketing offering.
Content marketing beckoned, wherein he took up a position with 256, Ireland first content marketing agency.
Eoghan is currently an SEO Account Manager at iProspect, the performance digital marketing agency.
Eoghan holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Dublin Institute of Technology. Always avidly upskilling, Eoghan also holds diplomas in Online Marketing and Digital Strategy (from Dublin Business School) and in Internet Marketing (from the Irish Times Training), as well as professional certifications from bodies such as Microsoft and Google.
